Availability\/unavailability. A logged in user can enter the dates they are unavailable, for example when they are going on holiday. This will prevent them being automatically added to future rotas. If the rota has already been created there is a red excalamation mark beside their display name in the rota to indicate that they are unavailable.<\/p>\n
