An Organisation Admin will have access to an extra screen which is exclusive to admins.<\/p>\n

In this screen the admin can do the following:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Manage subscription<\/li>\n
  2. View the balance of SMS credit and purchase SMS credits for sending text message notifications<\/a><\/li>\n
  3. View Log files which show the activity in their organisation. Logs can be viewed with Low, Medium or High detail.<\/li>\n
  4. Set the number of days ahead that recurring events will be automatically generated in the rota.<\/li>\n
  5. Set the number or days or hours before an event for the reminder notifications to be sent.<\/li>\n
  6. Select if notifications are sent by email, SMS text or both (by default these are switched off).<\/li>\n
  7. Select whether you want the Welcome email to have the link to allow people to become a user.<\/li>\n
  8. Set the Rota Privacy<\/a> options for viewing rotas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
