plan2gether is the “product” or “service” created by Cambron Software Limited.
support.plan2gether is part of the plan2gether family of websites and consists of help articles and support for the use of plan2gether.
support.plan2gether is accessed through the “plan2gether support web site” https://plan2gether.com/support
Cambron Software Limited, referred to as “we”, “our” or “us” are the developers and resellers of plan2gether.
Your organisation is referred to as “you” or the “customer”. You will have created an account in plan2gether, and have supplied a contact name, email address, organisation name, phone number and have created a password to allow login to the administration portal of plan2gether.com
“Users” of plan2gether are people who have had their personal details added to plan2gether. This may include name, email address and phone number.
Cambron Software Limited are the Data Controller (the Service Provider) as defined within the context of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK data protection law.
“Data Subject” refers to any individual person who has personal data stored in plan2gether and can be identified, directly or indirectly.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and developing technology that gives you the most powerful and safe online experience. This website is a separate website from the main plan2gether website and as such we do not store or have access to any personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name and telephone number.

We collect and use your personal information to operate the plan2gether support web site and deliver the services you have requested. Currently this applies to the Contact form.

We do not sell, rent or lease our customer lists to third parties. We use third party tools for customer support (Zendesk) and email marketing (MailChimp or Constant Contact). In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is not used by the third party. We may use your data with these trusted partners to help us perform statistical analysis, send you email, or provide customer support. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to us and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
We keep track of the Web sites and pages our customers visit within plan2gether support, in order to determine what plan2gether support services are the most popular.

Your Rights (GDPR)
You have a number of rights as outlined below. When exercising these rights we will need to validate your identity to ensure the request is from you. This is a security measure to ensure personal data is not disclosed to an unauthorised third party. You may exercise your rights by contacting us via the contact details below.
Right to be informed
Your ‘Right to be Informed’ encompasses the right to be provided with ‘fair processing information’ to ensure transparency over how your personal data is used. This is included in this Privacy Statement. The information provided should be:

Right to Restrict Processing

Right of Rectification
You are entitled to have your personal data corrected if it is inaccurate or completed if incomplete. If the personal data in question has been disclosed to third parties, we will inform them of the rectification where possible and confirm with you which third parties the data has been disclosed to.
Right to Erasure
You have the right to request the deletion of personal data where there is no compelling reason for its continued processing. There are some circumstances where this right may not be met and a request refused e.g. to comply with a legal obligation such as HMRC (see Data Retention below for more details).
Right to Data Portability
The right to data portability allows you to obtain and reuse your personal data. It allows you to move, copy or transfer personal data easily in a safe and secure way, without hindrance to usability.
The right to data portability applies to personal data:

Right to Object

An objection must be based on your particular circumstances and processing must cease unless there are compelling reasons otherwise e.g. defence of legal a claim.
Rights Relating to Automated Decision Making and Profiling
Data protection legislation provides safeguards for individuals against the risk that a potentially damaging decision is taken solely based on automated processing i.e. without human intervention.
We employ no fully automated processes that result in particular individuals being impacted
Data Retention
We will only retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes it was collected for and satisfy any legal, accounting or reporting requirements. For example when you purchase a subscription we need to retain your details for 6 years to satisfy HMRC requirements.
